white chocolate popcorn with cranberries and almonds

ingredients
  • 8 cups (or 3 ounce bag) air-popped popcorn
  • 2 squares (1 ounce each) white baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cupped sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

directions

Place the popcorn in a large bowl.

Place the white chocolate and butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second intervals; stir until smooth.

Pour over the popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Add the cranberries, nuts and salt. Toss again.
