  • Total time: 20 minutes
ingredients
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, broken up into tiny pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into small pieces

directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wonton wrappers on a rimmed baking sheet and brush with the melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds.

Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer wontons to a wire rack or plate to let cool.

Dividing evenly, top each wonton with yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and the strawberries.

Notes: Get creative with different variations. The almond/strawberry was my favorite combo, but I also enjoyed almond/blueberry and pistachio/blackberry.

These are also great all on their own, without the fruit and yogurt. Make ahead and eat them instead of chips or crackers.
