tuna salad bruschetta

ingredients
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans chunk white tuna in water, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 large baguette french bread, cut 1/4 inch thick for 48 slices

directions

In a large bowl, gently fold together all the ingredients (except the bread.)

Place a tablespoon or so of the mixture on top of the bread slices.
