In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until soft. Add beef and cook, breaking up the meat for about 5 minutes, until no longer pink. Add the tomato puree, mustard powder, sugar, and vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Serve warm on rolls. |
