In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, shallot, parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, pecans, cranberries, and water chestnuts. Add the mayo mixture to the chicken mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 or more minutes. |
