Brush salmon with chili garlic sauce. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
While the salmon is cooking, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
Serve sauce over hot grilled salmon. (I also like to serve this with a side of asparagus.)
Note: if you don’t have a grill, you can also bake in an oven. Preheat to 450 degrees, brush Salmon with a little oil and season with salt and pepper, place on a rimmed baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout.
