In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, mango, honey, lime juice and jerk seasoning. Add 1/4 of this mixture, the scallions, and breadcrumbs to the ground turkey; mix well. Shape into 4 flat patties and brush both sides well with oil. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes per side or until it is cooked through. Turn carefully so burgers do not fall apart. Place on buns with remaining sauce and fixings of your choice. |
