Combine steak and a cup of the marinade in a large plastic bag and place in refrigerator overnight. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak for 7-9 minutes on both sides then let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain. While the steak is cooking, in a small bowl combine the scallions, lime juice, oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill lettuce leaves with steak strips and mango; drizzle with the sauce. |
